DialogueGym

Listen before you fix.

The hardest conversations are not negotiations. They are the ones where there is nothing to win and someone to lose. DialogueGym puts you across from a partner, a friend, a colleague, or a parent in genuine distress. You choose what to say, when to hold, and when to ask. K2 grades the dimensions clinical training already grades — reflective depth, validation cadence, the urge to bypass discomfort, and the willingness to repair after rupture instead of defending.
